• Co-Planar Air Bearing Nano Precision XY Gantry –

The industry’s in-demand, top nano grade precision gantry, designed to provide ultra-smooth, dynamic motion performance with ultra-precise positioning accuracy for critical processes in automation. Suitable for cleanroom environments, the gantry’s range of relevant semiconductor manufacturing and related industrial applications; for which superior, ultra-precision is imperative; includes high-accuracy inspection, precision laser cutting, high-speed pick-and-place, and more.

The Air Bearing Nano Precision Gantry is designed with a co-planar structure and is powered by PBA’s self-developed, proprietary direct drive motors – providing smoother and higher thrust output with extremely low errors and stable motion – while offering nano-level positioning accuracy.

• PZA-H High-Precision Z Positioning Actuator –

A vertical motion actuator built with a space-efficient design ideal for Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems, allowing for ease of integration into a multi-axis motion system. PZA-H provides minimal friction, and offers high-precision positioning accuracy, repeatability, speed and reliability. While compact in size, it has remarkable dynamic abilities and high payload capacity up to 20Kg, bolstered by the special feature of dual pneumatic counterbalances for power outage safety control against damage. PZA-H is also powered by PBA’s proprietary DX F ironless linear motor for zero backlash, smooth motion and better force transmission than traditional actuators, making it a superior vertical motion control solution for applications such as AOI and Semiconductor inspection & quality control.

Both the PZA-H Z-axis Positioning Actuator and Co-Planar Air Bearing XY Gantry feature an open architecture, allowing companies to integrate them with suitable high-precision inspection modules. These solutions are already widely used in many high-tech manufacturing industries.
